The below farms will open their doors to the public on Saturday, September 21st from 1:00pm-5:00pm. You will have the chance to meet the growers, tour the farm, and even taste or purchase their goods!

O'CONNELL ORGANIC ACRES
O'Connell Organic Acres is a certified organic farm located near the small rural town of Bankston in Dubuque County. We specialize in raising grass-fed cattle and crops such as barley, corn, hay, and soybeans.

TREE OF LIFE CSA
Is a certified organic farm. We grow and distribute fresh organic produce. You can sign up to get a weekly box of fruits and vegetables here. Tree of Life CSA can also be found at area farmers markets.

LANGE FARM MEATS
Lange Farms specializes in organic farming techniques. Certified through Oregon Tilth, Lange Farm Meats provides top quality organic beef, pork, and poultry.

NEW HOPE FARM
New Hope Farm is an intentional Christian community who live and share their resources with one another and those in need. They grow organic vegetables and tend 30 acres of pasture, cows, chickens, sheep, orchards, and bees. They strive to be sustainable in our practices, minimizing their use of non-renewable resources.
Rescue Mission residents help plant and grow rows and rows of fresh vegetables. They pick the vegetables and serve them with meals inside the shelter each day. Next month directors plan to build a green house in the garden and they'll partner with downtown schools and non-profits to teach children about fresh produce.
